Community Living Support (CLS)

Community Living Support (CLS) is a vital service we provide to individuals with disabilities, seniors, or those requiring assistance to live independently in their own homes or community settings. The primary purpose of CLS is to help individuals develop, enhance, and maintain the skills necessary to participate actively in their communities and live as independently as possible. In Michigan, CLS services are often part of programs like the Michigan Medicaid waiver programs, such as the MI Choice Waiver Program or Community Mental Health (CMH) services. CLS is designed to promote independence, inclusion, and self-sufficiency while addressing the unique needs and goals of each individual.
